If you participated in one of our recent Sunday morning sessions, you know that you’ll get a great workout and it’s also a lot of fun. Group trainer Annette Lang keeps you motivated and energized as you stretch on BGI’s deck, walk or jog along the Brooklyn Waterfront Greenway to Pier 6, and then work through a circuit of full body exercises.
