The Plan

a. The Conceptual Plan for Community Board 2 and 6 covers the middle seven miles of the planned greenway route. The plan was published in 2005 by Brooklyn Greenway Initiative and Regional Plan Association, at the completion of Phase 1 planning funded by the NYS Environmental Protection Fund and sponsored by Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz.
