Williamsburg Street Gets Protected Bike Lane

NYC DOT’s newly installed, physically separated bike lane on Williamsburg Street West (between Kent and Flushing Avenues) is the latest addition to the interim greenway.

Now, northbound cyclists won’t have to mix with the heavy traffic on the south side of the BQE by going several blocks out of their way to get to Kent Avenue.
