Community planning workshops for the implementation of the Brooklyn Waterfront Greenway, led by NYC Department of Transportation, continue tonight in Sunset Park (Community Board 7). These community workshops will inform DOT’s master plan for constructing the greenway, so we encourage you to participate in the discussion. Brooklyn Greenway Initiative, Regional Plan Association and UPROSE are co-sponsoring tonight’s workshop.

In 2008, UPROSE and the Pratt Center for Community Development published the Conceptual Plan for a Sunset Park Greenway, which documents the Sunset Park community’s vision for a greenway.
