An early spring chill might have been in the air, but that didn’t dampen the energy at our first two Sunday workout sessions! Group trainer Annette Lang kept everyone motivated and energized as they stretched on BGI’s deck, walked along the Brooklyn Waterfront Greenway to Pier 6, and then worked through a circuit of full body exercises while overlooking New York Harbor.
